As a strategy planner, Frances Bellows, SMP, J.D., CSM, PMP, ACP, has developed and implemented new plans for governments, multi-national corporations, and small start-ups. After working in Japan for 3 years, she returned home to San Francisco, where she embraced the Silicon Valley spirit and has improved over 1200 Business Plans.
Helping entrepreneurs save time and money is her passion. She enjoys guiding start-ups from concept to profits and helping growing businesses choose and sustain new revenue lines.
In addition to consulting, Frances teaches pragmatic business skills to working professionals (MBA programs, University of California, Berkeley Ext. and International Degree Program). In 2015 she was a member of the Agile Advisory Board (UCB). For fun, she volunteers at SCORE (the resource arm for the Small Business Administration).
